Custom Orders
Custom orders is what Tana & Hide is all about. Each and every bag is made by hand from specifically sourced tanneries and the leather is selected by hand for you.
Once you have created your design we set about making your bag and putting all the required touches on it.
In order to expedite your order, we require two choices of leather and lining as sometimes the colour selected can not be sourced, however, we will always endeavour to provide your first choice.
Due to our bags being custom made and specific to you we hope you understand that it is not possible to refund or return custom bags, so we ask you to double-check all the details in the drawing to ensure that we can proceed. Please also note that leather is a natural material and is a hide with variations, marks, scars which come from the animal’s life. We always aim to use the best quality leather which is hand-selected for your bag however variations are normal. Including colour variations from dye lot to dye lot.
